Countrymen, Clubmen, Pacemen, Leaves (no, I’m not out of here...).

Some are even easier. Holden Commodores, Ford Falcons, Opel Diplomats, literally sticking an ‘s’ at the end.

And here’s a couple other clever ones: Ford Escapees, Volkswagen Golfers.

I’ll even throw in a couple video game car plurals. Radii (Vapid Radius from GTA V) and Strata (Zirconium Stratum from GTA IV/V).
